| Children and the Youth "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder
them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." We believe our children are a very important part of the Church. In todays world of confusing choices and unspiritual influences, the Church plays a key role in teaching kids about the Bible and how to live as a true disciple of Jesus, standing firm in the faith and making good choices in life. Our children and youth programs are focused on connecting with our children and youth and bringing them solid, biblical teaching. We use storytelling, acting, games, crafts, and other activities to make learning fun and really memorable. Our teachers are dedicated to educating our youth and providing a healthy environment for them. We screen our teachers and only permit qualified individuals who have attended SVCC for over 2 years. We follow strict policies of always having two adults in a room or otherwise ensure the doors are always open. Sunday Classes Supervised Nursery Sunday School and Kids Church Youth Bible Study Wednesday Night Frontline Youth Group: Fun youth activities with contemporary and relevant messages for teens. We meet at the church Wednesdays from 7:00 - 9:00 PM, and Sunday mornings after worship service, except for the first Sunday of every month when we meet in the sanctuary for our family communion service. Previously weve had bands such as Out of Ruin, and Transistor Radio. See our bulletins for more information about upcoming concerts.
